Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients, conducting complex and standardized transactions, and uncovering needs.
  • •Educate clients on digital self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
  • •Support the team sales process through outbound calling, checking for client offers, and identifying needs or opportunities via referrals or appropriate product support.
