Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct enterprise AI transformation portfolio from opportunity diagnosis through adoption and ROI reporting, with deep focus on Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE).
  • •Own program operations across milestones, risks, dependencies, decisions, and build governance/standards for intake to value realization.
  • •Partner with functional leaders to manage expectations, coordinate workflow changes, and ensure solutions are adopted and sustained.
  • •Coordinate cross-functionally across IT, Security, Legal, Finance, and business units so engagements are set up for success and followed through.
  • •Create executive/board-facing narratives and materials, and maintain planned-versus-realized value frameworks with Finance.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years in program/project management or business operations running cross-functional programs in a SaaS, technology, or PE-backed environment; PMP a plus.
  • •Proven ability to drive multi-workstream programs to real financial and operational impact (not just on-time/on-budget).
  • •Ability to build structure where none exists and default to action to solve problems.
  • •Strategic judgment and process discernment to prioritize the biggest outcomes and determine where AI adds value.
  • •Change-management experience driving adoption, plus exceptional executive communication and defensible board/ownership materials.
