Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead customer deployments from problem definition through production, designing and building production-grade AI agents, workflows, integrations, and infrastructure.
  • •Partner with customers to identify workflows where AI agents can transform how work gets done, from design and prototyping through evaluation, deployment, and iteration.
  • •Embed in customer environments to translate ambiguous business requirements into clear technical solutions and working software.
  • •Own technical architecture and design decisions across agent behavior, application logic, data, integrations, evaluations, security, and reliability.
  • •Stay accountable for production outcomes by debugging failures, improving agent quality, evaluating performance, and working to resolve issues across engineering and product.

Key Requirements
