Key Responsibilities

  • •Set and own the Production Innovation roadmap and prioritization across APAC, balancing AI, imaging, sound, and emerging technology opportunities by production impact.
  • •Lead and grow the team, including direct management of GenLab, GenTech, Production Technology, and other innovation roles.
  • •Partner with production and content leadership and external creative leads to identify technology that improves creative quality, speed, or cost.
  • •Own the pilot-to-standard pipeline by running structured pilots, evaluating outcomes, and converting results into guidance, training, and vendor recommendations.
  • •Represent APAC Production with COI, Product, and legal to ensure new workflows meet copyright, IP, and data security standards before scaling.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of experience in film/series/gaming/VFX production, including prior people leadership.
  • •Proven track record leading teams through adoption of new production technology (AI or otherwise).
  • •Strong grasp of end-to-end production and post, from development and previs through VFX turnover, conform/online, and delivery.
  • •Hands-on familiarity with generative AI tools and core production tools, including Unreal Engine and Adobe Premiere.
  • •Experience managing cross-functional partners (Product, Legal, Content Operations) and external vendor ecosystems.
