Key Responsibilities

  • •Proactively target and build personal relationships with high value customers in the APAC region
  • •Profile customers individually based on their shopping patterns and provide personal styling recommendations
  • •Ensure that sales leads are identified and prioritised by analyzing your customer list
  • •Increase the spend of individuals and develop customer loyalty by understanding their needs
  • •Drive and conduct one-on-one appointments with clients wherever possible to develop relationships

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in luxury fashion
  • •Proven experience within a sales target driven environment, achieving personal sales goals

  • •Fluent in spoken and written English; Mandarin and Cantonese is preferable
