Key Responsibilities

  • •Own a vertical end-to-end, including outcomes/metrics, backlog prioritization by value/risk/dependency/priority, and crisp acceptance criteria.
  • •Shape technical design with engineering across system boundaries, money-movement correctness, third-party rail reliability, and failure/retry/refund paths.
  • •Make hard trade-offs across correctness, speed, cost, reliability, and UX, and defend decisions with engineering, compliance, or ops leadership.
  • •Treat regulated constraints as first-class product inputs (licensing scope, CDD/KYC and limits, sanctions/PEP screening, transaction monitoring, data residency, privacy) with clear launch gates.
  • •Apply AI where it earns its place by defining allowed decisions, human-in-the-loop behavior, evaluation approach, and safe responses when unsure; ship behind flags and across external gates.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience owning a complex technical product end-to-end, with strong judgment and decisiveness under ambiguity.
  • •Solid system design foundation (boundaries, datastores, queues/workflows, APIs, failure modes, concurrency) and comfort reviewing design docs and sketches.
  • •Experience in a regulated/high-consequence domain (payments, banking, remittance, insurance) or proven ability to ramp quickly.
  • •Hands-on AI judgment for LLM-based products, including defining what features can decide, evaluation, and safe human-in-the-loop behavior.
  • •Nice to have: engineer or highly-technical PM background, shipped AI-heavy consumer products, defined ML/LLM eval metrics, and/or SEA market experience.
