Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate field feedback, customer intelligence, internal demand signals, and operational pain points into actionable product insights.
  • •Establish structured intake processes to capture customer insights, competitive gaps, capability requests, and deployment challenges, and integrate them with Growth team priorities.
  • •Own internal communications for Voyager product updates, maintain a central information hub, and produce periodic updates for relevant teams.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to manage relationships, escalate issues with Product Operations, and align product decisions with supply chain, demand planning, and manufacturing.
  • •Support broader operational goals including demand planning, hardware/software integration, and internal partnership development, and contribute to overlapping product lines where applicable.

Salary: USD 146,000 - 183,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years in product operations, program management, supply chain coordination, or a similar cross-functional role in a hardware manufacturing environment.
  • •Demonstrated experience working across manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, and sales functions simultaneously.
  • •Experience tracking production metrics, inventory positions, or fulfillment timelines.
  • •Ability to assemble fragmented signals from multiple functions into a clear picture for leadership.
  • •Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. security clearance and willing to travel as necessary (~10%).
