Key Responsibilities

•Work closely with a team of engineers to develop proven designs based on system performance and operational specifications.
•Design, analyze, simulate, test, and document analog and power design products.
•Resolve production issues related to existing product designs.
•Provide support to production, integration, and test activities.
•Travel to various MA locations may be required depending on the assignment.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.
•Design, test, and/or production experience with analog or power electronics, power systems, power conversion, power distribution, power sub-system design and/or control systems.
•Experience in modeling and simulation using PSPICE, MATLAB/Simulink, or similar computer-based tools.
•Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead small teams to achieve technical goals.
•Willingness to travel to assignment locations as required (e.g., Tewksbury, Marlborough, Andover, etc.).
