Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver high-value strategy projects for insurers, reinsurers, and investors on strategic questions across growth, operating models, digital/AI strategy, commercial due diligence, and go-to-market strategies.
  • •Undertake market research and financial/data analysis to inform development of recommendations.
  • •Support development and testing of hypotheses, turning insights into high-impact recommendations.
  • •Contribute to production of high-impact client deliverables and present findings and recommendations to client partners.
  • •Actively contribute to project teams and the broader team environment with an entrepreneurial, hands-on approach.

Key Requirements

  • •Prior experience in strategy roles, ideally within Strategy Consulting at a strategy-house or boutique, or from an Insurance Audit background (qualification on track or in progress).
  • •Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with evidence of structured, strategic thinking.
  • •Ability to produce high-quality outputs in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • •Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment and build strong relationships quickly.
  • •Business insight and intellectual curiosity across how (re)insurers grow, transform, and improve performance across the insurance value chain.
