Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage 1st line risk oversight of the Third Party and Regulatory Change Frameworks and Policies within Pensions & Savings.
  • •Lead all activity across Trading Units and Change Teams to ensure effective control, governance, and customer outcomes.
  • •Work with Pensions & Savings business teams and Group Procurement and Partnership Management to ensure the Group Third Party Policy and Framework is applied and compliance is maintained.
  • •Identify and correctly interpret regulatory publications impacting Pensions & Savings and ensure appropriate plans, reporting, and governance with key stakeholders.
  • •Challenge where required to ensure end-to-end processes operate effectively and customers receive quality outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong Finance Services industry experience, ideally in Pensions & Savings, with awareness of the regulatory environment.
  • •Experience managing third party and change processes in a regulated environment.
  • •Proven ability to work across multiple business areas and build collaborative relationships with appropriate influence and challenge.
  • •Strong judgement and reasoning skills, able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities to tight deadlines.
  • •A relevant professional qualification or willingness to work towards one.
