Job Summary

Operate and support a manufacturing packaging line during night shift, leading line setup and changeovers, monitoring production runs, and keeping equipment clear of jams. Update production totals, maintain raw material inventory, and perform basic troubleshooting and minor adjustments. Ensure GMP, PPE, safety, and quality compliance, support Quality Assurance communications, and assist with preventive maintenance and daily KPI paperwork. May serve as a lead for other employees.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead line setup and product changeovers, identifying critical controls and issues.
•Operate and set up multiple packaging machines; keep the line running smoothly and clear of jams.
•Provide production run sheets, update production systems/case totals, and communicate production goals to the next shift.
•Perform basic trouble-shooting and minor adjustments; troubleshoot issues related to codes, dates, and prices.
•Maintain GMP/PPE/safety/quality compliance, support Quality Assurance communications, and help with preventive maintenance and daily line paperwork on KPIs.

Key Requirements

•Must have previous mechanical experience.
•High school diploma or GED and/or 1-year production experience in a manufacturing environment.

•Able to obtain Lockout/Tag out Certification.
