Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead line setup and product changeovers, identifying critical controls and issues.
  • •Operate and set up multiple packaging machines; keep the line running smoothly and clear of jams.
  • •Provide production run sheets, update production systems/case totals, and communicate production goals to the next shift.
  • •Perform basic trouble-shooting and minor adjustments; troubleshoot issues related to codes, dates, and prices.
  • •Maintain GMP/PPE/safety/quality compliance, support Quality Assurance communications, and help with preventive maintenance and daily line paperwork on KPIs.

Key Requirements
