Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as primary HR partner for assigned business leaders and managers, coaching on feedback, development planning, and performance improvement plans.
  • •Handle employee relations concerns from first report to resolution, including fact-finding, documentation, and support for disciplinary measures, performance oversight, and terminations.
  • •Advance complex investigations and high-risk matters to HR leadership and Legal when necessary, ensuring consistent application of policies and employment procedures.
  • •Guide leaders through performance management processes and documentation, addressing performance concerns early and proactively.
  • •Support workforce planning, organizational changes, retention and engagement efforts, and connect leaders with HR Centers of Excellence.
