Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and coordinate projects in accordance with WSP’s Project Delivery Manual and quality management procedures.
  • •Monitor and control project budgets, expenditures, schedules, and overall performance; provide status and forecasting updates to Project and Technical Managers.
  • •Develop and maintain budgets and schedules, identifying risks, variances, and corrective actions.
  • •Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers by preparing work orders, purchase authorizations, and supporting payment processing.
  • •Support closeout activities, including deliverable distribution, recordkeeping, regulatory correspondence/documentation, and lessons learned/client feedback collection.

Key Requirements

  • •3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience in project controls, project coordination, financial management, or related disciplines.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, preferably with coursework or experience in environmental science, engineering, or a related technical field.
  • •Foundational understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • •Strong organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to manage multiple assignments concurrently.
  • •Advanced proficiency with project management and business software, including Oracle Primavera (P6 Scheduler/Portfolio Manager) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project).
