Self-generate sales leads and schedule in-home presentations to introduce solar and battery products. Deliver an industry-leading customer sales experience from initial contact through installation and system activation, while evaluating customer needs and building long-lasting relationships. Manage the lead-to-install pipeline with follow-ups and accurate CRM updates, and meet sales targets set by sales leadership.

•Develop effective self-generated sales strategies, leads, and appointments with potential customers.
•Provide a customer sales experience from initial contact through installation and after the system is turned on.
•Conduct in-home sales presentations to evaluate customer knowledge and needs, building long-lasting relationships.
•Follow up on leads and in-home consultations to manage the prospect-to-install pipeline.
•Accurately disposition and report outcomes via the CRM tool and meet minimum sales targets.

Key Requirements

•Willingness to travel within the local market and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
•Intermediate comfort with technology, using an iPad/computer and multiple software applications; CRM experience is a plus.
