Job Summary

Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, replace, and rebuild production equipment and facility systems to maximize uptime and ensure safe operations and product quality. Perform preventive and predictive maintenance, conduct root cause analysis, and execute emergency repairs. Work on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and process control components for blown film extrusion equipment, while supporting facility HVAC and utilities. Document work in the maintenance management system and follow safety processes including LOTO.

Key Responsibilities

•Follow all safety procedures (including LOTO, confined space, and machine guarding) and maintain a clean work area per 5S.
•Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, replace, and rebuild mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and process control components on blown film extrusion equipment.
•Perform preventive and predictive maintenance, document maintenance activities and equipment history, and recommend improvements to maintenance procedures and reliability programs.
•Troubleshoot electrical systems and assist with PLC-controlled equipment and automated production systems; replace and install electrical components according to codes and standards.
•Maintain facility support equipment (HVAC, air compressors, cooling and water systems, building infrastructure) and perform general repairs as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Key Requirements

•High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
•3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in plastics, blown film, extrusion, packaging, or manufacturing environments.
•Experience troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
•Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and technical manuals.
•Working knowledge of motors, drives, bearings, gearboxes, pumps, conveyors, and production equipment (basic PLC troubleshooting is preferred).
