Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary relationship owner for multiple third-party lifestyle and rewards partners, ensuring collaboration, performance accountability, and mutual value realization.
  • •Lead vendor governance activities, including RFP inputs, contract negotiations and management, performance reviews, and issue escalation.
  • •Own and continuously evolve the dynamic rewards and offers portfolio, including exclusive Truist partner offers, seasonal/promotional campaigns, and the annual rewards choice calendar and client selection experience.
  • •Define and execute the Truist Rewards anniversary bonus strategy, including eligibility rules, benefit structure, partner integration, and client communications.
  • •Manage the Lifestyle Benefits and third-party rewards budget, including forecasting, expense management, and value realization from partner agreements; partner with Risk, Operations, Digital, Technology, and Wealth teams to ensure a stable, accurate, compliant client experience.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • •10+ years of experience in partner management, rewards, benefits, marketing, or product roles within financial services or a related industry.
  • •Proven experience managing third-party partners, vendor performance, and contracts in a complex, regulated environment.
