  • •Strategic Synchronization: Facilitate technical alignment between Zurich-based Design/Product Management and Asia-based execution teams, preserving the category's technical “soul.”
  • •Process Enablement: Identify bottlenecks and advise on best practices to improve category-wide efficiency.
  • •Advisory & Escalation Support: Serve as the senior technical point of contact for Asia-based development partners, guiding on complex technical hurdles and high-level escalations.
  • •Performance Quality Assurance: Support validation of fit, feel, and durability standards across factory partners.
