Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the US BICES-X Authorized Services Interruption (ASI) process across each Area of Operations.
  • •Socialize proposed/scheduled ASIs with stakeholders and customers and perform QA monitoring of ASI requests and service notifications.
  • •Maintain an up-to-date web-based SharePoint calendar for ASI status and manage ASI request documentation and tickets in ServiceNow.
  • •Develop and maintain SOP documentation, policies, and standards for effective ASI management and support continual process improvement.
  • •Monitor and collect information on approved/unapproved circuit and service outages through the outage lifecycle and provide weekly and monthly report inputs to the NOSC.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of related experience.
  • •BA/BS degree (or equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience).
  • •Active Secret clearance and eligible to obtain TS/SCI.
  • •Working knowledge of Microsoft products including SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • •Ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences with strong interpersonal, presentation, analytical, and organizational skills.
