Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct consultations to assess clients’ needs, health history, and preferences; recommend suitable treatments.
  • •Provide a range of spa treatments including massages, facials, body scrubs, wraps, and other relaxation therapies using appropriate techniques and products.
  • •Deliver personalized care during the full spa experience, ensuring comfort, privacy, and satisfaction.
  • •Maintain hygiene and sanitation standards in treatment rooms, including sterilizing equipment and sanitizing surfaces with clean linens and towels per client.
  • •Manage appointment schedules and maintain accurate records of consultations, treatment plans, and progress notes.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years working experience and 3 years of relevant working experience in spa therapy or related roles.
  • •Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology to perform safe, tailored treatments.
  • •Proficiency in massage techniques (e.g., Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone) and ability to relieve muscle tension.
  • •Knowledge of skincare products and techniques (facials, exfoliation, mask applications) to address skin concerns.
  • •Ability to follow strict hygiene and sanitation practices, including sterilizing equipment and maintaining clean linens and towels.
