Customer Experience Banker

Serve as a financial concierge for walk-in customers, retaining and growing consumer and business relationships by identifying financial goals and recommending deposit and other banking products. Provide accurate transaction processing and exemplary customer service while educating customers on consumer deposit products. Drive customer growth through outbound follow-up, referrals, and partnering with other areas of the bank, while adhering to operational, security, risk, and regulatory requirements.
