Key Responsibilities

  • •Cultivate and share site knowledge through qualification, requalification, onboarding, and technical training programs.
  • •Maintain subject matter expertise in site training systems, training processes, Operational Excellence requirements, and qualification standards.
  • •Develop, review, revise, and approve training materials, CBTs, evaluations, walkthroughs, and learning content with site SMEs.
  • •Manage training logistics, scheduling, records retention, vendor coordination, and site training documentation.
  • •Coordinate training-related audits and regulatory compliance activities (Operational Excellence, Quality, DOT, and environmental), and analyze compliance reports for site leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in manufacturing training, workforce development, qualification management, operations, maintenance, or a related discipline.
  • •Working knowledge of Operational Excellence standards, training systems, qualification processes, H&OP, and document control practices.
  • •Experience developing and delivering technical training.
  • •Strong communication, facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • •Operating knowledge of Spheripol, gas phase reactors, and Catalloy.
