Lead employee training, qualification, and workforce development for Lake Charles Polymers and Louisiana Integrated Polyethylene. Own training systems and Operational Excellence standards, maintain qualification matrices, curricula, and records, and develop/approve technical training materials, CBTs, and learning content with SMEs. Serve as a resource for LMS/D2 and other learning systems, coordinate training logistics, support audits and compliance (including DOT and environmental), and mentor trainers to close capability gaps.
