  • •Provide subject matter expertise in SAM operations and SAP licensing topics, and produce ELPs for SAP.
  • •Understand SAP licensing concepts, indirect usage rules and product use rights.
  • •Navigate SAP4Me and SAP System Measurement Tools to support SAM activities.
  • •Ensure transparency of software costs and fair allocation of charges to business units based on usage.
  • •Support day-to-day activities of the global SAM team and drive initiatives to improve savings and compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of proven experience in SAP software asset management and portfolio ownership in an enterprise environment
  • •Deep knowledge of SAP licensing concepts, indirect usage rules and product use rights
  • •Hands-on experience with SAP4Me and SAP System Measurement Tools (LAW, USSM) and self-declaration metrics
  • •Strong ability to negotiate with software vendors, manage demand and contract updates, and coordinate with legal/sourcing teams
  • •Fluent English (strong B2+), advanced MS Excel skills with Power Query a plus and ability to perform P&L calculations for software costs
