Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as an internal transformation lead shaping the strategic architecture of change for the Finance organization.
  • •Partner directly with senior finance leaders, regional CFOs, and executive stakeholders to solve complex organizational challenges.
  • •Redesign operating models and drive critical transformation and integration initiatives across a global enterprise.
  • •Develop and translate strategy into operating model, governance, organizational, and process changes.
  • •Address key questions across Finance evolution, capability centralization/embedding, and shared services growth to support future scale.

Key Requirements

  • •8–15 years of experience in finance transformation, operating model design, organizational effectiveness, post-merger integration, shared services, or enterprise transformation.
  • •Experience within a leading management consulting firm (e.g., BCG, McKinsey, Bain, Accenture Strategy, Oliver Wyman, Kearney, Deloitte, EY-Parthenon, Strategy&) or equivalent consulting environment.
  • •Proven track record designing and implementing enterprise operating models and organizational transformations for large, complex organizations.
  • •Ability to drive strategic workstreams with executive-level stakeholders in highly matrixed environments.
  • •Strong understanding of organizational design, workforce transitions, capability planning, and transformation execution.
