Key Responsibilities

  • •Use the company platform to create, assign, and monitor work orders, track service intervals, and order parts.
  • •Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems using independent judgment.
  • •Maintain safe job practices for equipment repair and be knowledgeable of OSHA requirements (preferred).
  • •Maintain complete, timely electronic documentation (work orders) and paperwork for work performed.
  • •Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment/parts; travel to customer job sites when required and keep the service vehicle clean/professional.
