Build strong relationships with consumers and small business customers through proactive outreach, follow-up, and multi-channel engagement (in-person, by appointment, and virtually). Assess customer banking needs, educate clients on deposit and loan products, open new accounts, process service requests, and submit credit applications. Maintain knowledge of consumer and business banking offerings, including digital and self-service tools, to deliver an accurate, high-quality client experience.
