Key Responsibilities

  • •Set strategy for search, retrieval, and ranking to maximize successful patient–provider matches.
  • •Own the ML-powered ranking roadmap, including learned relevance models and evidence-based expertise signals.
  • •Run the experimentation program end to end with hypotheses, objective functions, guardrails, and evaluation readouts.
  • •Build data, evaluation, and ML platform foundations to enable the next 2–3 years of matching work.
  • •Align ranking priorities across patient experience, provider growth, clinical quality, and payer partnerships.

Salary: USD 265,000 - 375,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of product management experience owning search, ranking, recommendations, or marketplace matching at scale.
  • •Experience shipping ML ranking or relevance systems to real users, including objective function design and offline vs. online evaluation.
  • •Ability to discuss architecture with ML engineers and make informed build-vs-buy decisions.
  • •Fluency with embeddings, semantic search, and LLM-powered product capabilities and tradeoffs.
  • •Experience presenting product strategy to executives and holding ground on hard questions.
