Branch Manager II - Bilingual Preferred (English/Spanish)

Lead branch operations by building a high-performing team and knowledge base across inventory management, customer value, and overall financial performance. Partner with area leadership to meet revenue, customer satisfaction, and associate succession goals while coaching and mentoring associates. Maintain an incident-free, safety-first environment, translate operating/financial data into actionable insights, and use performance metrics to adjust branch strategy in changing market conditions.
