Lead Wise’s Poland operations as Country Manager, overseeing the local team and end-to-end market expansion. Define hyper-localised product and customer experiences by partnering with Product, Product Engineering, Finance, and Treasury. Manage licensing, regulatory engagement, and day-to-day compliance to deepen Wise’s presence. Represent Wise to regulators and strategic partners, drive governance, and ensure business continuity through rapid incident response and root-cause analysis.
