Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently lead UX initiatives from discovery and customer research through concept, prototyping, validation, and detailed design.
  • •Engage directly with customers via interviews, contextual research, usability testing, and customer site visits to understand real-world workflows.
  • •Synthesize research and business insights into actionable design opportunities, including AI-powered agents, conversational/chat experiences, recommendations, simulations, and data visualizations.
  • •Create and evolve reusable components, patterns, and enterprise-scale design systems that improve consistency and scalability.
  • •Conduct accessibility reviews and partner with cross-functional teams to incorporate inclusive design practices and connect customer needs to technology capabilities.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of UX/Product Design experience delivering complex digital products across web and mobile, serving 10K+ users with measurable business outcomes.
  • •Experience independently leading design initiatives from research through delivery, managing timelines and stakeholder alignment.
  • •Strong customer research experience including interviews and usability studies, translating insights into design recommendations that improve usability metrics.
  • •Experience creating and maintaining design systems with reusable components and interaction patterns.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design (or similar); Master’s degree in Design/MFA (preferred).
