Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a team of 5-10 buyers responsible for purchasing goods and services for future buildings and facility build-outs across Starlink sites.
  • •Develop and implement a comprehensive contract management process with internal stakeholders to support successful project execution.
  • •Create sourcing strategies for assigned categories, including payment terms, cash targets, and cost savings to reduce risk and meet purchasing targets.
  • •Identify and execute cost reduction projects, coordinate with stakeholders, estimate completion, and provide project updates.
  • •Define supplier SLAs and KPIs, conduct market analysis/benchmarking, and manage contracts to ensure supplier performance meets obligations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in engineering, purchasing/supply chain, contract negotiation, material or production planning, or operations/supply chain management; or 10+ years in one or more of these areas.
  • •Experience in construction, facilities, or industrial plant management.
  • •Strong technical background to engage with engineers and strong business background to manage contracts and negotiations.
  • •Strong budget tracking and cost analytical skills, including quantitative business/process analysis for cost improvement and performance.
  • •Strong contract negotiation and document management skills.
