Key Requirements

  • •Have at least 5 years of experience in retirement consulting, plan management, and client service.
  • •Have an expert understanding of 401(k) plan design, administration, and compliance.
  • •Stay current on 401(k) regulatory and legislative landscape and apply judgment to support clients through complex issues.
  • •Demonstrate analytical and organizational skills to monitor, review, and identify 401(k) administrative concerns, including resolving data discrepancies.
