Job Summary

Diagnose, repair, and recondition vehicles to CarMax standards during overnight shifts in a clean, climate-controlled shop. Perform multi-point inspections, document findings, and complete basic through complex mechanical and electrical repairs, including steering/suspension and performance diagnostics. Support reconditioning by repairing or replacing components, collaborating with teammates to meet production goals, and following CarMax Environmental, Health and Safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Inspect, diagnose, and repair vehicles to CarMax standards aligned to experience level.
•Perform automotive services ranging from basic maintenance to complex mechanical and electrical repairs.
•Complete multi-point inspections and accurately document findings and completed work.
•Repair or replace vehicle components (e.g., trim, seals, and panels) to support reconditioning.
•Assist with alignment, suspension, and performance diagnostics while following EH&S requirements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 22.2 - 45.9 hourly
