Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the technical interface between the engineering team and suppliers for repair parts, components and modules, covering both new parts and transfers
  • •Partner with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure proactive quality management through early involvement, design for manufacturing, assembly, testing and cost
  • •Ensure timely delivery of required deliverables and documentation (SOWs, proto evaluation reports, MFLOW, PFMEA, customer acceptance tests)
  • •Manage material quality notifications, deviation notices and resolve part quality issues using problem-solving techniques
  • •Contribute to supplier development, drive operational excellence, support supplier audits and continuous improvement plans

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics/Robotics/Systems and Control, or Industrial Engineering
  • •Experience with quality systems and methods (e.g., Six Sigma) and engineering towards production processes
  • •Strong understanding of manufacturing processes in your field and ability to initiate and influence decisions
  • •Excellent communication and networking skills, with a pragmatic, results-driven mindset
  • •Ability to work with local suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure proactive quality management and cost-effective design for manufacturing
