Key Responsibilities

  • •Evolve and continuously test the strategic blueprint by evaluating market forces, competitive dynamics, regulatory developments, customer needs, and technology shifts.
  • •Translate strategy into enterprise priorities, functional goals, measurable outcomes, and execution roadmaps, aligning OKRs/KPIs and incentives with strategic direction.
  • •Lead MAPS (Market Aligned Product Strategy) and drive structured build/buy/partner/watch decisions by synthesizing market and customer intelligence.
  • •Operate capital allocation governance with the Office of the CFO, including developing decision frameworks for opportunity fit, expected value, trade-offs, risks, and success measures.
  • •Support corporate development and M&A through market mapping, target screening, cross-functional due diligence, integration considerations, and transaction decision support, including AI-enabled analytical tools.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of experience across corporate strategy, corporate development, strategic finance, management consulting, market intelligence, transformation, or related leadership roles.
  • •Significant experience in relevant sectors such as payments, financial services, banking, marketplaces, SaaS, fintech, identity, fraud, or RegTech.
  • •A degree in economics, business, finance, strategy, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
  • •Demonstrated ability to develop corporate/product strategies and translate them into enterprise priorities, functional roadmaps, investment decisions, and measurable outcomes.
  • •Experience leading large-scale strategic or transformation programs across multiple executives, functions, and dependencies, including support for acquisitions and due diligence.
