Key Responsibilities

•Drive process improvements in the metal casting department to increase casting yield and production productivity.
•Collaborate with engineering, production, and new product teams to understand Casting requirements and deliver optimization recommendations.
•Lead initiatives to improve casting quality and reduce lead times using metallurgy knowledge and casting techniques.
•Identify and evaluate software or technology (e.g., casting simulation, analytical tools) to predict casting outcomes and optimize parameters.
•Engage with vendors and internal stakeholders to implement new technologies and best practices in the casting workflow.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in metallurgical/material engineering or related field.
•At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing, with understanding of casting processes and techniques.
•Experience with casting simulation or related software.
•Knowledge of metallurgical/material engineering principles to enhance casting performance.
•Ability to work under pressure with strict timelines and resource constraints.
