Lead the revamp and scale of Juicebox’s GTM enablement program across onboarding, training, messaging, and execution. Build scalable onboarding experiences and playbooks to accelerate ramp. Key Responsibilities

•Revamp and scale Juicebox’s GTM enablement program across onboarding, training, messaging, and execution.
•Build scalable onboarding experiences and sales playbooks that help new hires ramp quickly and effectively.
•Partner closely with Product Marketing and Product teams to translate messaging and positioning into actionable sales enablement materials.
•Own and continuously improve core sales collateral including central pitch decks, talk tracks, and enablement documentation.
•Help define Juicebox’s AI strategy for GTM, identifying opportunities to leverage automation, agentic workflows, and operational intelligence across the revenue organization.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

•7+ years of experience across Sales Enablement, Revenue Operations, Product Marketing, GTM Strategy, or related functions within high-growth SaaS environments
•Deep experience in enablement and building scalable onboarding and training systems from the ground up
•Strategic and systems-oriented with a focus on workflows, infrastructure, and operational leverage
•Passionate about AI-native ways of working and rethinking how GTM teams operate
•Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills
