Key Responsibilities

  • •Understand and comply with safety policies, perform tasks safely, and actively participate in safety improvements by identifying and reducing risks and hazards.
  • •Proactively maintain, improve, install, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, robotic/automation, hydraulic, pneumatic, and steam (location specific) systems and equipment.
  • •Install, troubleshoot, and maintain AC and DC drives/motors and perform troubleshooting activities on PLC programs, modifying and/or writing PLC programs as required.
  • •Conduct thorough root cause analysis, follow up to confirm corrective action effectiveness, and reduce the risk of repeat failures.
  • •Drive preventive/predictive maintenance, document all maintenance activity in CMMS, and collaborate with operations to address abnormal or degraded equipment conditions.

Key Requirements

  • •Comply with safety policies and perform work safely while identifying and reducing hazards and risks.
  • •Demonstrated technical competency to proactively maintain, improve, install, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, robotic/automation, hydraulic, pneumatic, and steam systems and equipment.
  • •Ability to read and understand mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical schematics, including PLC program logic.
  • •Working knowledge and experience performing electrical work in compliance with NFPA 70E (Electrical Safety in the Workplace).
  • •Proficiency using CMMS and standard computer programs (Microsoft Office Suite); document maintenance activity accurately.
