Job Summary

Build and maintain software components for VROL, Visa’s global dispute processing system. Contribute to a mission-critical platform that resolves cardholder disputes with availability, performance, accuracy, and regulatory compliance at global scale. Design, develop, and test applications, create automated test solutions with Playwright, and use GenAI-assisted development to improve code quality and productivity. Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and Platform Engineering to troubleshoot defects and improve system reliability.

•Design, develop, test, and maintain software components and applications for VROL.

•Analyze defects, troubleshoot issues across environments, and support resolution to improve automation, performance, and system reliability.
