Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the agent development life cycle: scope, conversation design, tooling, evaluation, launch, and continuous iteration in production.
  • •Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to enterprise leaders by shaping AI strategy around what success means for their business.
  • •Partner with customer working teams day to day to run working sessions, troubleshoot issues, and keep builds on track for launch.
  • •Translate business goals into agents that measurably outperform and iteratively improve based on real-world performance.
  • •Surface unmet customer needs from your work and feed them back to research and platform to shape what Sierra builds next.
