Key Responsibilities

•System Operations: Be part of the team responsible for configuration, optimization, and ongoing maintenance of mission-critical communication networks.
•Technical Troubleshooting: Assist in diagnosing and resolving technical issues reported by customers and partners.
•Solution Development: Work alongside senior engineers to brainstorm and develop innovative custom solutions.
•Technical Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable advice for non-technical stakeholders and partners.
•Documentation: Create and maintain technical guides, FAQs, and integration notes to empower our partner ecosystem.

Key Requirements

•Education: currently in the final years of a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Software, Telecommunications), Computer Science, or related technical field
•Technical literacy: familiarity with IP networking fundamentals
•Communication: excellent verbal and written communication; able to explain technical concepts to customers/partners
•Analytical mindset: natural curiosity and structured problem-solving approach
•Language: fluency in English (written and spoken)
