Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage revenue and receivables for postal administration accounts, including invoicing, payment application, and discrepancy resolution.
  • •Conduct weekly audits of AA’s cargo billing portal.
  • •Reconcile and apply payments received via three lockboxes that are not automatically applied.
  • •Research and analyze customer overpayment claims (e.g., credit card payments) and capture revenue not collected through normal channels.
  • •Report, track, and manage system defects related to the iCargo system; provide ad hoc analysis and backups for L3/L4 analysts.

  • •High School Diploma or equivalent, with previous accounting/finance experience.
