Own the financial, analytical, and operational performance of grocery customer sales teams by setting and tracking volumetric and financial goals. Partner with Sales leadership and Prepared Foods finance to run scenario analyses, improve reporting, and lead annual planning. Ensure SOX audit control compliance, build cross-functional relationships to accelerate growth, and lead/coach a team spanning performance management and customer planning.
