Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver vehicles to customers’ doors using custom car haulers.
  • •Frequently load/unload vehicles and inspect the car-hauler to ensure vehicles are safe to drive.
  • •Complete customer paperwork and enter thorough notes into the customer tracking system.
  • •Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record per Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy.
  • •Work scheduled hours (11am–9pm) with days off rotating between weekdays and weekend days.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
  • •Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including detailing vehicles and loading/unloading haulers in indoor and outdoor conditions.
  • •Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • •Ability to lift/carry/push/pull up to 50 lbs and sustain physical activity for 8+ hours.
  • •Frequent driving requires excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity. Acceptable accommodations may be granted for essential functions.
