Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the finance operations team to ensure accurate booking of financial transactions in line with IFRS, budgetary ownership, and internal controls.
  • •Execute treasury operations including payables/collections, credit control and insurance, documentary credit, guarantees, bank funding, and cash management/pooling.
  • •Own monthly cash flow planning and forecasting to ensure liquidity is adequate and at the right cost for current and future needs.
  • •Manage bank debt/funding portfolio by reviewing, forecasting, and planning operating/financing cashflows and tracking KPI performance vs covenants.
  • •Drive KSA fiscal compliance (VAT, Zakat), support monthly/statutory reporting and statutory audit, and lead/develop the Accounting team.

Key Requirements

  • •Qualified Accountant from an IFAC-accredited institution.
  • •Minimum 10 years in a mid-level finance leadership role within a multinational business (300M+ business).
  • •Strong background in accounting and reporting, accounting operations, and treasury management with business controls.
  • •Excellent data/analytical skills with the ability to analyze, interpret, and scrutinize financial information.
  • •Ability to prioritize competing demands while maintaining attention to detail and communicating across management levels.
