Key Responsibilities

  • •Support plant leadership by developing and maintaining robust manufacturing processes and leading lean transformation.
  • •Lead continuous improvement and lean implementation using Eaton Continuous Improvement Framework (CIF) to eliminate waste and reduce process variations.
  • •Plan and facilitate kaizen events, including Value Stream Mapping Events, in collaboration with High Performance Work Teams (HPWT).
