•Influence product decisions using qualitative and quantitative insights to drive measurable impact.
•Contribute to the evolution of the design system and mentor peers to improve design outcomes.

Key Requirements

•6+ years of experience with user interfaces, interaction paradigms, and visual design patterns.

•Experience using qualitative and quantitative data to inform design roadmaps.
•Strong understanding of accessibility best practices and OS (iOS/Android/Web) guidelines for cohesive experiences.
•Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive decisions.
