Ensure brand identity and presentation standards are consistently applied through displays, signage, and floor plans, while coordinating with operations and brand teams to drive sales.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop, deliver and communicate visual concepts and promote the brand, products and services in-store
•Train and coach the store team to perform merchant based VP and manage the daily, weekly and seasonal VP tasks
•Brand image: ensure brand identity and presentation standards in windows and in-store are achieved with eye-catching displays
•Coordinate store displays in line with brand guidelines and strategy; develop floor plans and maximize visual impact
•Arrange merchandise, signage, fixtures and in-store layout; take photographs of changes in merchandise display
•Collaborate with operations and brand management to increase sales and achieve commercial goals

Key Requirements

•Experience in visual merchandising and in-store displays preferred
•Ability to train and coach store teams on merchandise presentation
•Ability to develop floor plans and maximize visual impact
•Proficiency in coordinating store displays with brand guidelines
•Strong communication and teamwork skills to work with operations and brand teams
