Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and document customer business functions and processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic plans.
  • •Translate business and product requirements into actionable specifications and user stories for development and testing teams.
  • •Lead or participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and verify functional and non-functional scenarios are covered.
  • •Develop training curricula and conduct formal training sessions covering assigned product modules; provide coaching on product intents and value to customers.
  • •Act as a team lead on designated projects, manage stakeholders across functions, and collaborate with Product Owner and business stakeholders to prioritize backlog items and expand user stories in incremental deliveries.
