Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan, execute, and oversee fit-out and construction projects from concept to handover.
  • •Manage construction for restaurants, cafés, retail outlets, and commercial spaces, ensuring compliance with specifications and quality standards.
  • •Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to deliver on time and within budget.
  • •Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams across the project lifecycle.
  • •Monitor progress, identify risks, implement corrective actions, review drawings/BOQs/specifications, manage procurement/material deliveries, and ensure health, safety, and quality compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
  • •7–12 years of experience in construction project management.
  • •Proven experience managing fit-out projects for restaurants, cafés, retail outlets, hospitality, or commercial developments.
  • •Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, fit-out works, project planning, budgeting, and contract administration.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office; GCC experience (especially Saudi Arabia) is highly preferred; PMP is an advantage.
