Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the AX AI roadmap and governance standards to prioritize high-value use cases and support the Enterprise AI roadmap.
  • •Direct a team integrating core services with AI agents using agentic frameworks and orchestration protocols.
  • •Champion AI adoption through standardized prompt/interaction patterns and enablement programs for workforce proficiency.
  • •Work across lines of business to consolidate disparate AI initiatives and establish governance protocols for a cohesive ecosystem.
  • •Serve as the primary product interface between associate tooling, Developer Experiences, and AI/ML teams to drive fast decision-making and stakeholder communication.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience working in Product Management.
  • •Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field, or an MBA with a quantitative concentration.
  • •Experience with generative AI product expertise (e.g., Claude, Gemini, Glean).
  • •Experience establishing and working with agentic frameworks and LLM orchestration protocols.
  • •Track record defining long-term AI strategy, roadmap prioritization, and AI governance to manage risk.
